STORAGE:

In temperatures + 2 - +10 ºC in dry and clean rooms.

 

PACKAGING:
in synthetic thermal shrinkable bags of barrier foil.

 

TRANSPORTATION:

The means of transport should protect the product against damage, contamination, and other detrimental atmospheric impacts.

 

SHELF LIFE:

Blocks 2,5 kg and blocks 9-10kg: 70 days (it’s recommended to shred / dice product as soon as possible).

Shredded or small cubes in 2kg packaging: 60 days after cutting

After opening the package the cheese is intended to be, do not allow long-term storage of unpackaged.

APPLICATION:
Mozzarela cheese is intended for direct consumption, for cooking, for pizza and tosts.
