Demineralized whey powder is manufactured by removal

of water and minerals from liquid sweet whey that is the

main by-product from hard cheese production

 

Specification:

Fat max 1.5%

Protein min 11%

Lactose min 68%

Ash max 6.5%

Moisture max 4% 

 

Salmonella:  Absent in 25g

Total number of microorganisms c.f.u.k/g:  50 000

Yeasts and moulds c.f.u./g:  100

 

Applications:

Deminarlised whey powser can be used in dairy products, infant foods, dairy, dairy blends, wet blends, bakery products, pasta sauces, chocolate, confectionery, ice cream.

 

      Packing:

      Four-layer paper bags with polythene inner bag, 25 kg net.. Loaded with 1000 kg on pallets, with strech foil wrapped.

PRODUCT OF POLAND

 

Storage:

Product must be stored in a cool, dry place, at temperature below 20°C and relative humidity below 75%.

 

Shelf life:

Product has a one year life after the Manufacturing date.
