PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Product with addition vegetable oil  is produced

from skimmed, pasteurized, normalized  vegetable oil with

rennet  and lactic  bacteria culture by appropriate clot processing.

INGREDIENTS:

  • skimmed milk

  • Vegetable fat 26%

  • Consumable salt

    –  stabilizer: calcium chloride

    –   preservative: lysosyme of eggs

    -    lactic bacteria cultures

    –   rennet

    -  Colouring agents ( annatto).

CHARACTERISTIC:
Mild, aromatic, slightly sour, older produkt may be slightly spicy. Round and oval holes. Yellow colour.

Means of transport allowed to keep constant temperature of product (max 10° C). Load  should be protected from damages, humidity had others destructives environmental influens. Unallowable distribution in temperatures below 0° C (freezing).
